Artist's Description
The last couple of years we've seen an increase of hawks in our neighborhood. This Red Tailed Hawk is a frequent flyer. On this winter's day I was going back and forth from the garage to the backyard, filling my bird feeders. I noticed the hawk sitting in the tree watching me make my way back and forth. After I finished, I went back in the house and grabbed my camera. Apparently the hawk was waiting for dinner to fly in, because he was still there, just waiting and watching.
